Large/furniture and fragile items- £35
We are a small independent business, and we take care when selecting the products we sell. We would like you to love your purchase as much as we do. If this isn't the case we will provide a full refunds within 14 days of purchase less any delivery charges. Items must be free from wear, unused and undamaged. The buyer must pay for any return delivery.
If you have worked with us on a specific item, e.g. an item upcycle to your specifications, or something ordered in especially out of our usual product range we will be unable to accept refunds, unless there has been damage in transit. Credit notes may be available in these circumstances.
Please check products on arrival to ensure there is no damage in transit .
If in the unfortunate event that your product is damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Outside this time we are unable to replace any damaged items. If you believe your product to be faulty please inform us within 7 days. In these circumstances we ask that you retain the packaging until the issue is resolved. We would require you to send photographs of the product in its original packaging.
In most circumstances we would look to replace your item as quickly as possible.
In the event of these circumstances we would ask you to email us at outlining the issues you have experienced.
